I'm a results-driven IT infrastructure professional with 15+ years of deep expertise in enterprise troubleshooting, HCI, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms. Today I'm a Nutanix Ready Engineer on the BD & Ecosystems team — the primary technical point of contact for ISV technology partners, validating joint solutions across NCI, AHV, AOS Storage, Flow Networking, NKP, NCM, and NUS so that interoperability isn't a promise, it's a certification.
Before Nutanix, I led NFV and Telco Cloud certification programs at VMware by Broadcom — certifying 5G Core CNFs and VNFs for major telecom service providers, and running infrastructure that spanned 8,000+ VMs and 200+ ESXi hosts. I've spent my career at the intersection of standards bodies (ETSI, TOSCA, MANO) and the messy reality of multi-vendor deployments.
What I care about: customer success, knowledge sharing, and the kind of debugging patience that turns a cross-platform compatibility fire into a validated reference architecture.

Nutanix Ready Team (BD & Ecosystems) — engaging ISV Technology Alliance Partners to validate, certify, and onboard solutions across Nutanix's 500+ ISV partner base.
- Primary technical contact for ISV partners: joint solution architecture, interoperability requirements, and cross-platform compatibility resolution on NCI, AHV, NUS, and NKP.
- Built validation test kits and compatibility test plans with Product Management & Engineering; designed test beds and executed end-to-end certification per Nutanix best practices.
- Developed automated test frameworks that cut manual execution time and improved repeatability across Nutanix Ready certification cycles.
- Authored validation guides, solution briefs, test reports, and joint reference architectures; fed partner insight back into product roadmap decisions.
Led strategic programs across Telco Cloud Automation, xNF certification, and cloud-native deployments for major telecom service providers.
- Headed the certification team — certified 5G Core CNFs and VNFs for key strategic vendors and partners on VMware Telco Cloud Platform.
- Designed NFV → TCI upgrade strategies for major operators; supported xNF onboarding across 5G Core and RAN deployments.
- Deep Kubernetes work: TKG cluster design and CNF troubleshooting across multi-cluster Telco environments.
- Led migration and transformation programs end-to-end; built training and mentorship pipelines for new engineers.
Designed and ran VMware infrastructure platforms supporting multi-vendor VNF deployments.
- Led a team of 12 managing 8,000 VMs and 200 ESXi hosts — administration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and client engagement.
- Implemented ESXi, vCenter, NSX, and vCloud Director platforms; upgraded fleets from 5.5 → 6.0 with full patch lifecycle management.
- HA/DRS clusters, Fault Tolerance, vMotion/Storage vMotion, P2V/V2V migrations, and server hardening at scale.
- Legacy VMware 4.x administration and modernization — upgrades to current releases and P2V / V2V / P2P server migrations.
- VMware 5.1/5.5/6.0 administration and support; vCOPS, Log Insight, and vRealize tooling.
- Disaster recovery management with VMware SRM and Zerto.
